FCB888 was founded on August 8, 2008, i.e. 8.8.08, by football enthusiasts Michael Lang and Andreas Lorenz in St. Florin am Inn. Since then, the fan club has made it its mission to address FC Bayern Munich fans from all regions and offer them a platform to share their passion for the club.
