Your Amazfit T-Rex Ultra automatically recognizes 25 strength training exercises within the active sport mode Strength training. Repetitions, sets and breaks are counted intelligently.
After your sweat-inducing workout, you can view your personal evaluation of your completed strength training in the Zepp app. Create and name up to 100 training variations and create your own training plan.
Your ultra training partner
The Zepp Coach™ is a specially developed, smart training algorithm. This virtual coach offers you AI-supported, individual training support and evaluation to take your performance to the next level - in line with your goals and capacities.
Among other things, fatigue, fitness level and training status are taken into account in order to suggest the optimum balance between training, regeneration and reducing the risk of injury.
Create your own training plans in the Zepp app, including warm-up, training phase, break, regeneration and cool-down, and import your plans to your T-Rex Ultra and use them for up to 11 sports. Interval training plans can also be created directly on the watch.
Interval training templates can even be created directly on the watch itself.
Thanks to the powerful Bluetooth connection of the Zepp OS 2.0, the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra can be easily paired with chest straps and bike computers or power meters.
Do you need that certain beat during sport? Pair your Bluetooth headphones and play stored music directly. Receive real-time training data directly via audio without taking your focus off your workout.
How efficient your training is can depend significantly on your form on the day. Understand your values and know where you should start.
