Conditions of participation

The following conditions (Conditions of Participation) apply to participation in the Lang GmbH prize draw.

1. organiser
The organiser of this competition is Lang GmbH, Badhöring 49, 4782 St. Florian am Inn.

2. participation
Participation in this competition is free of charge. The competition begins on 24.05.2018 and ends on 8.6.2018 (23:59) (entry period). By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to the following terms and conditions of entry. For the purposes of the competition, the participant is the natural person who registers for the competition by entering the data. Persons residing in Austria who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.

Each participant may only participate once. In the event of a culpable breach of the conditions of participation, the organiser is entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.

3. winnings and determination of winnings
Three Apple iPhone X will be distributed as prizes. The winners will be selected by a jury of Lang GmbH in camera. The winners will be determined within two working days of the end of the participation period and notified by e-mail. If there is no response from the selected winner within 10 working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be designated as the winner. The right to win is not transferable. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is excluded. All operating, ancillary, travel and consequential costs incurred in connection with the prize or its receipt or use shall be borne by the participant.

4. data security
The personal data of the participants will be used and collected by the organiser in compliance with the provisions of data protection law. In the event of a win, the personal data includes the name and e-mail address. The personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The winners' personal data will be stored for as long as is necessary to distribute the prizes. Consent can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to office@langgruppe.at.

5 Cancellation and modification of the competition
The organiser is entitled to cancel the competition without prior notice and immediately for good cause. The competition may also be discontinued due to force majeure or other legal reasons.

6. miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
